Emily is an extremely thoughtful teacher. She designs practices for your body and uses the setting of a beach to help you connect with your breath and more deeply get into poses. It was an added bonus to our vacation to have two private classes with her. Highly recommend.

Myself and two others ventured out to the beach yoga class this weekend. It's been a long time since I have done yoga and my guests had never done yoga. Emily was sooo sweet! She is relaxing, helpful, and encouraging. It was challenging yet appropriate for all ages and skill set. We had a great time! The next day I felt I had used muscles I never knew were there. A good sign that I need to do this again.

Emily was fantastic as one of our vendors participating in this year's Healthy Kids Day event at the Eastern Shore Family YMCA in Onley, VA. She taught many young ones from our community the importance that being active has on a healthy lifestyle! We would love to work with her again!
