From the front desk being extremely helpful, to the techs that accomplished the work all the way up to the owner, I have always received the customer service that I thought no longer existed in the service businesses. We bought a home in the area severalYears ago. Several issues came up and we were in a pinch several times. While RMC may not always be the first to be available, you’ll quickly realize it’s because they are great at their job. We have had a great experience with them servicing our A/C and even our oil burner.

Robert was FANTASTIC! He came on the same day I called, was there right in the window he promised and better than all of that he fixed my 40 year old AC system with one part and in a short 30 minutes our house was cooling down again on one of the hottest days of the year! I would recommend them to anyone! Robert didn't try to upsell us on a new unit, knowing we weren't trying to spend that kind of money right now.
