J&A did an amazing job on our townhouse! We have a dog who have spinal issues which means he wasn't able to take full control of his bowels. We had unpleasant dog urine streaks on our carpet after being in our home just over a year. Because the marks have become more and more prominent, we wanted to get these stains cleaned out before it was too late. We're glad that after over a year of being in our townhouse, we called j&a to do a thorough carpet cleaning. We knew that the stains were not guaranteed to be removed, but we did it just early enough that the stains were gone! Not only did they an amazing job with cleaning, their customer service was unmatched. They were so quick to respond and so professional! We can't thank j&a enough for helping us treat and clean our carpet! We highly recommend them!!!
