As a 22-year U.S. Navy veteran, I know what it means to serve and be held accountable. I was born in South Korea in 1976 and immigrated to the United States in 1983. It has been my dream to serve in the U.S. military since I was a child in Korea, watching the American soldiers drive through my village.
