Blue Star was great!!! I called them on a rainy, cold Saturday afternoon when most places were unavailable or closed. They came to our home within 10 minutes. They took care of multiple areas inside and around our home. We were using another company (on contract that did not address multiple areas of our home, including areas we requested to be addressed urgently). Blue Star answered our questions and educated us during the process. They were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They were also careful to not track in dirt or mud from outside. We plan to use them moving forward. Don't hesitate calling them!
