Matt has been our home inspector for two different houses, and was wonderful to work with on both occasions. On the first house, he spotted a roof truss issue and saved us over $15,000 in repairs. After we purchased the second house he had inspected for us, we had a question about something the sellers had hidden, and he came out again to take a look at it (even though that was going above and beyond). He is a first class person and consummate professional, and we couldn't recommend him any more highly.
