Had an inspection for a house that was intended to be purchased. However on final tour, found issues with house leading to cancellation of sale on closing day. Bad communication and would not recommend. Cost thousands of loss.Edit:We actually worked with you 2020. Saw the issue on the day of the closing. Contacted you and never heard back that day. Even still an issue was found after your inspection and the the deal was not closed.

Purchasing our first home in Walla Walla and had to have an inspection done. Not knowing anyone, who do you trust for an honest and professional inspection? So I crossed my fingers and started calling. Called Acute home inspection and speaking with Brian, I made my appointment (couldn't believe it was for the same week!
