Normally I don't give anybody a perfect score but there was a power outage that interrupted the first inspection and it was rescheduled for the next day without delay so I added a star. The first four stars are for an experienced, knowledgeable "second opinion" (besides mine) that the house is in generally good condition. The thorough report with dozens of images will be useful as a to-do list after I move in. (It was also a good lesson about things I can fix on the house I'm moving out of).Keep in mind that I've lived for 62 years 330 miles away... it's good to consult people who know the climate, the geology, the technology in use, and the local codes. My experience with Lambert Home Inspections was immaculate. C.J. took his time with my inspection and walked me through everything he did from the sewer test, to cracks in our future fireplace, to the air quality test and more. It was such a fun experience, as he is well educated, and has so much knowledge on what he is doing from his field experience. Lambert home inspections was thorough and communicative. The ordering process was easy and I appreciated having add on options for sewer scoping and radon. Report was delivered same day! I'd use them again in the future!
