“During the past 20+ years I have been using computers at home and at my office. On several occasions I have experienced interruptions due to Viruses/Malware issues and hardware failures. I would go through the routine of disconnecting the cables and carrying the bulky processor to a local computer service store for the appropriate computer service. I would need to anxiously wait for several days for the telephone call stating that I could come and pick up my processor. Now I call his company and they send a highly trained service person to my location before the end of the business day. If the problem is software related the problem is solved at my location and if it is hardware related the tech takes my computer to their service department for repair and returns it within 48 hours. geek@Your Service Computer service is exceptional and the prices for their services are very reasonable compared to the local computer store I was using.
