Very good therapists but a lot of staff turnover at their various locations the last few months. I believe they are down to one location now. I went to the Bealton location for years.

my care at the Bristow office of Haymarket Physical Therapy was very good. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, fun, and attentive. The fees were reasonable with my health insurance and the billing department was accurate.

The ladies at the front desk are just dreams to talk to! The Docs are incredibly knowledgeable and lovely to be around! The techs are fantastic and extremely helpful!

The team at Haymarket Physical Therapy Bristow is AMAZING!! The front desk staff are always so helpful and cheerful! They do an outstanding job of coordinating schedules and reminders for us. The therapist team is equally outstanding! They are knowledgeable and committed to helping you on your healing journey. The environment feels more like a fun gym rather than a stuffy doctors office. We love the music and laughter that echoes through the space. If you're looking for a convenient location with a great relaxed and fun atmosphere while focusing on your healing and recovery, this is your place!

Monica Guerra is a recent graduate. When I was told that I would be seeing her, I was wary. I have a long list of issues and have been in and out of physical therapy for over 10 years. I took a chance on Monica and it has been the best experience I could’ve ever asked for. Monica is the only physical therapist I h ave ever worked with in over 10 years who has been able to help me walk any distance at all without my Rollator. I highly recommend her. The Bristow location has wonderful people working there and everyone is so friendly.

The actual therapist team is great. The administrative team...not so much. Hit with a surprise bill after being led to believe visits were covered. Only took them 25 visits to tell me this. Bill had items listed that were not even received. I don't care about them scamming the insurance companies but don't bill me the same way. No remorse on their part for their deceptive business practices. Again, the therapists are great and if you are confident you have unlimited covered visits, give them a shot. I will be going elsewhere though.

The lack of competence of the back-office staff of this practice has cost me not only a great deal of money but has also had a direct impact on my short- and long-term recovery. The office provided incorrect information and unfortunately the business owner does not recognize or take responsibility for his employee’s actions.I am writing this to prevent others from ending up in my shoes. Do not believe any verbal communication from this office. Be sure to get all appointment times, fees and office notes in writing. This practice cannot be trusted and will not take responsibility or own up to what they verbally communicate.Angela Howard
