Wish I could give more stars. Derek is wonderful at what he does. He came out almost immediately and fixed a problem. I have with my home computer. He was super fast, nice and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again and again. I hope he stays around for a very long time. Wonderful service.!!!!

During the past 20+ years I have been using computers at home and at my office. On several occasions I have experienced interruptions due to Viruses/Malware issues and hardware failures. I would go through the routine of disconnecting the cables and carrying the bulky processor to a local computer service store for the appropriate computer service. I would need to anxiously wait for several days for the telephone call stating that I could come and pick up my processor. Now that I found Derek at geek@Your Service that has changed for the better when I need computer service. Derek has been coming to solve my computer problems for four years now.I saw the ad on his car one day and soon afterword I needed his help.He arrived promptly and was very polite and professional, even to the pointof covering his shoes. I needed his expert expertise yesterday and hestopped on his way home from the airport after a long trip just to make sureI was taken care of right away. Now I call that caring customer service.I will simply sing his to everyone and I am very greatful for my geek guy!Mary
