“The most beautiful experience. We originally went to great clips but they were rude to my mother so I told my mom to come on and we’ll find another place. We called ulta asked for a wash and a style and the lady who answered the phone was amazingly friendly and very helpful. We get an appointment for 7pm on may 30th and when we walked in we were greeted with smiles and navigation to the back where we met the lady who does hair I’m sorry I forgot her name but he and the lady named Emily were very sweet and helpful.
