Always going to Ulta or Sephora for makeup,skincare etc Love these places will not shop any other. Wish Kingsport and Johnson City would carry certain products however I will travel to Bristol and Morristown when I need to.

There were a couple employees that were super helpful on the sales floor. The cashier, I'm pretty sure I've dealt with her before. First time I thought she was rude, but brushed it off. This time, she seemed more concerned speaking with her co worker than focusing on us checking out. She was still speaking with the co worker as she hands us our bag, looking at the other employee. I'm the one that said thanks have a great day but she couldn't be bothered to reply because of the conversation.6/13/23 @1:50pm

All I can say is..this is FEMALE HEAVEN Wrapped up into one store! Very upscale place but the ppl werent snobby. They were friendly & helpful. I FINALLY Found a foundation tht matches my skin, thanks to Rhiannas line of fenty foundation! And the icing on the cake. A brand of mascara called maneater tht finally made my puny eyelashes pop! Definite 5 ⭐s!! Its not cheap but you do get wht u pay for!
