I have used another Florist for years. Living in Florida made it easy to use them, but they were also expensive. When trying to have flowers sent to my sister in Blountville, my usual place said they were too busy because of funerals.I tried Pen Florist and so glad I did. The arrangement turned out beautifully, was priced well, and I sent a box of chocolates and a balloon. I will definitely use them again.

I'm in California and was sending flowers to a friend. Called 2 other florists, didn't feel the warm and fuzzy feeling. Called Pen's thinking this search for a florist with a personal touch was going to be harder than I thought. Friendly staff answered the phone and I knew this was where I was ordering from. They delivered a beautiful hand made arrangement the same day. They also texted me pictures of the floral arrangement before they took it out for delivery. I was beyond impressed with this family owned business and will only order from them in the future. I already did the hard work searching for an amazing florist.... "I had a last-minute need for hard-to-find flowers, and this boutique came through brilliantly. The flowers not only looked amazing but also had a delightful fragrance. Highly recommended for any floral needs, especially on short notice!"
