I called about having a tire patched. The guy on the phone was very helpful & said he was able to look at my tire as soon as I could get there. I arrived & he inspected the tire & explained the hole was too close to the side wall & that the tire would have to be replaced. They didn't have my tire available, but did tell me about an upcoming sale & gave me a price for a full set of tires which I'll likely be purchasing soon. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I had a brake line blow out while traveling through the area. Considering it was almost noon, all the local shops were booked up for the day.After hearing of my plight, Bill at Firestone told me if I could get the vehicle to them, they'd work it in.A couple hours later, they had me back on the road.Courteous staff, great service, and fair pricing.

I want to give a big SHOUT OUT to David B, Junior G, and the Firestone crew. I had a big big issue with my air compressor this morning. God truly works miracles. I was so worried about the repairs but to make a long story short. I was able to drive my car home with no issues. So, thanks to Firestone Crew, I will be able to go to work tomorrow and take care of elderly clients. Thank you again, David B., Junior G, and the Firestone Crew. You guys are awesome! You made me one of your true customers. I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. Thank you again! 10 stars ?
