Great service I highly recommend this company , we have a 2 year old heat pump we have constantly had issues with from the start and the company that installed it have never been able to properly fix the issues . They had been out Atleast 6 times since install changed various parts and it still have same problem over and over ... once our labor warranty with that company was up we started looking for someone who could possibly know how to fix it instead of all the guess work the other guy was doing . I saw all the great reviews online for Burnette’s so we called them . Michael came out that day checked over found the exact problem , ordered parts came back quickly and fixed it all this first time ... we are extremely pleased ... it is working so well we can not believe the difference in efficiency and comfort in our house . He found that there was not only an issue with the heat pump some of it was an install issue with duct work as well ... we are now finally fixed right !!! Thank you Burnette’s .... they are very fair on price as well ....
