I have been using Jack Kite since I moved here in 2018, I will never use another company. The quickness the get out to my home to check my A/C system was fantastic also the customer service are the most professional I have seen and the technicians, are the best..Trust me use Jack Kite they treat you like family.....
I called at 4:15 in the afternoon. They were here by 4:45! I was dreading having the weekend of 90° weather & my air conditioning not working …they knew exactly what to do! They were so professional, very nice people. The receptionist was wonderful..she placed a phone call & had them here, I will definitely be using this company again. I plan on having them to maintenance my air conditioner every year! I cannot tell them thank you enough for coming on a Friday afternoon and fixing our air conditioner before the weekend of hot weather! Also, they had the parts on their truck which was a big plus!!
Wish they had worn masks since Sullivan County requires them, but so very few people wear them that we weren't at all surprised. My husband and I are super high risk, so we are very careful to always wear N95 equivalent masks or gas masks to protect ourselves from others. Their prices are good, and their customer service thus far seems to be excellent. We had a small leak when they installed our new Carrier system and they fixed it right away!
