I cannot say enough good things about Thompson Auto Repair. We've had our vehicles with Donny and the Team for 7 years. There are reasons for that. The service is excellent; vehicle service and customer service. They are dependable, always pleasant, and communicate exactly what's going on. We feel so fortunate to know that our vehicles are well for. As one that commutes 500+ miles a week, I feel safer getting on the road when the car has been serviced by Thompson's.

Excellent service in every category we used. Culpeper is lucky to have such a qualified and honest service provider. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. As a former mechanic, I've routinely compared what they've recommended to what I know. Their reasoning consistently matched what I thought. Great folks to work with. Also, Dana does a terrific job on the desk. Keep it goin!

Fortunately, my husband is pretty handy when it comes to maintenance on our cars. If it is something he isn't comfortable with, we always go to Donny. Donny and his crew are always quick and will tell you exactly how it is. He has his customers best interest in mind, and he isn't making recommendations to fill his own wallet. Everyone is so friendly, too. Just the icing on the cake for a great experience. We trust this shop with all of our cars, and we can't imagine going anywhere else.
