River Ridge Auto Center is a very good family owned business and the best mechanic in the area. They are really nice people who provide quick and fair service. They help customers big time, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. They specialize in custom mufflers but also assist with issues like flat tires free of charge. They offer honest service without trying to rip people off, even when busy. Customers highly recommend them and know they can be trusted for auto service.
Long road trip with just myself and my daughter. Stopped by cause my car had a flat tire… turns out they don’t handle flats, but the two guys there helped me out by taking a look and actually ended up patching it! So grateful for them! Would definitely recommend this place.
In town this week on a vacation and I made a goofy mistake and needed to take my car somewhere. I drove around to look for a place nearby and came across River Ridge. Really nice people. They didn't try to rip off an outsider and charged me a fair price for what I needed. I appreciated the quick service, despite the number of cars they were dealing with today so that I can leave by tomorrow morning. Hopefully I won't need to be back again when we are down here again but if we do need auto service in the area, we now know who we can go to. Thanks so much.
I took my car here when it started acting up and it so happened It needed a new transmission! Kevin And Melanie were absolutely great and Kept me up to date on what was happening and when it was happening. They were wonderful and were able to find me a factory made transmission and took care of me within a reasonable timeline. They are truly nice people and we’re wonderful in taking care of my car. I’m recommending them if you ever need help with any vehicle you may have. Thank you all very much!Karen
