I have used Bill Gay twice and referred him to a friend who couldn't get a plumber out to his old farm house for nothin'!. Bill was quick to respond (to both of us). He replaced my frozen outdoor spigot (my fault) and did a beautiful job.I recently called him for a leaky sink. He was here within the hour and will be back tomorrow to replace what another plumber messed up. (Yes, he showed me the problem.) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Unfortunately for others, I see reviews of experiences I've not had. I recently moved into the area and looked for a new doctor; I was referred to Dr. Bailey. I can only say WOW, Dr. Bailey has shown nothing but care and concern for my needs. Never in my life have I experienced a doctor that takes the time Paul does. Most are a factory, get you in, get you out, get the insurance money. I've been very pleased; the hospital cost can be high compared to other areas; however, I reckon that results from little to no competition in the area. But Richmond and Raleigh are not far. Dr. Bailey has often recommended me outside the VCU community for additional care. I'm sorry others have had a bad experience. I've had the opposite and would highly recommend VCU at Tanglewood if asked.
