In town this week on a vacation and I made a goofy mistake and needed to take my car somewhere. I drove around to look for a place nearby and came across River Ridge. Really nice people. They didn't try to rip off an outsider and charged me a fair price for what I needed. I appreciated the quick service, despite the number of cars they were dealing with today so that I can leave by tomorrow morning. Hopefully I won't need to be back again when we are down here again but if we do need auto service in the area, we now know who we can go to. Thanks so much.

I took my car here when it started acting up and it so happened It needed a new transmission! Kevin And Melanie were absolutely great and Kept me up to date on what was happening and when it was happening. They were wonderful and were able to find me a factory made transmission and took care of me within a reasonable timeline. They are truly nice people and we’re wonderful in taking care of my car. I’m recommending them if you ever need help with any vehicle you may have. Thank you all very much!Karen

I would like to say to the customer that complained about how he was treated from out of town. Sorry he didn't flatter you with wine and sushi remind you it is an automotive shop one of if not the best around. And I get that his personality could be different but for one he did nothing wrong and you had to bring the race card in it as yalls people do all the time when things don't go in your favor But I will tell you this he is the most honest fair mechanic you will ever meet and he is not racist at all but I'm a straight up big mouth redneck and I will say to you get AAA cause every one can jump to your beckon call for you to bash the best mechanic around when you don't know the man shows how you really are So I will let you know my son messed his truck up and most places could have made 3 to 4 thousand he changed around 1200,00 dollars never heard one bad thing about this man. So that's why I'm gonna tell y'all the truth
