I scheduled an install of a new unit on a rental property I had in South Hill. The work was scheduled to be completed at the beginning October for a new tenant moving in on November 1st. They told me it would be done in time. After telling me that they had everything for the install they stopped answering the phone to weeks before install date. Kept giving me excuses as to why and wasted the last two week. The smart thing to do was let me know they couldn’t do it. They cost me a month of rent because the tenants couldn’t move in until we hired someone to do the install. The weird part is that we used them in the past without issue. They were great and very professional. Showed up 10 minutes before scheduled time. I greatly appreciate them coming out so quick to install our new ac unit! We had been without air conditioning for almost a week with 2 small kids, and they came out next day to install it. I can't thank them enough!Service: Install AC

George provided a free estimate. Prompt arrival. Timely installation of all materials and gave me a complete explanation for any questions I had. Cleaned up and hauled away all discarded material from previous unit. Excellent service! I will highly recommend him to anyone.
