VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Me and my mom had some extra time so we decided to go get our nails done at this salon. The person who treated me was this old, bald guy. He was very aggressive and got made when I accidentally moved, he also was grabbing my hand and fingers very aggressively. He also used nail tips that were too small and didn’t fill in some spots and gave me acrylic nails instead of gel x. The lady who greets people was doing my mom’s nails, she was yanking my mom’s hands too. When my mom said that what the lady was doing was hurting her she said something in Chinese that we didn’t understand. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon, almost all of...read full review
Older man is very rude. Definitely did not do a good job, and it also was a rush job. They did not try to cover the red line from the previous service they did. Currently looking for a new salon to give my business to.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an update to an earlier review done on July 14, 2025 (See below). Please consider this updated review very carefully before using the services of this place. They should not get even one star. A nail technician that supposedly has been there for 5 years did a dreadful job of trying to clean up the mess that she made by putting the polish outside of my nail beds for a gel pedicure. She used a cuticle tool to try and get the dried polish back off. She was cutting my skin and she also used a nail file to try to file the polish off of my skin. She then put the UV Nail Lamp sideways on my feet and walked away.
