I wasn’t able to get my cat in to a vet for over a year due to my multiple surgeries, and I felt judged by the a lady at the front desk. Very rude. The vet himself was nice and cared, however they are expensive. I was also upset because I had no choice but to cancel an appointment (less than 24 hours) due to not having the help to get my cat into his carrier. The person who was going to help me, couldn’t. I had no choice but to cancel and they still charged me a cancellation fee. I had hoped they would understand my situation as it wasn’t my fault for cancelling. I’m not going back

Nothing bad to say about the workers, but the cost is criminal. I have owned a healthy dog for 8 years and I only changed vets due to relocation. For every single service provided, they have charged double or triple what I had come to expect. Teeth cleaning $1400-1800. Regular checkup and shots $350. For an injured nail $380 and of that amount just trimming her nails (commonly a free service) $58 and they did not in any way indicate the pricing until my dog was already in the back being treated. I will not be returning to them and honestly shame on whoever decided that extortion was okay.

I was referred to this office by a close friend. I highly recommend Huguenot Animal Hospital and would give 10 stars if i could.
The quality and care was outstanding and my pet got the quality of care that a human gets at a hospital. The doctors and staffs are very knowledgeable and polite too!

I made an appointment to get my cat her 2nd distemper shot. I had a coupon from RAL to get a free office visit. I ended up spending $214. They said she had an ear infection and asked if I wanted that to be treated, which I did. But they never asked first before running some tests on her. To arbitrarily run tests you never agreed to first is bad business.

Best Vet ! Dr.Williams and Dr.Lee are so thorough and very helpful, you can tell they truly care. I'm not sure what these past reviews are about and seems like the whole story isn't there. I have been going here for almost ten years with nothing but great experiences. Thank you for always caring and being so welcoming!
