Josh has been absolutely wonderful even when I was extremely frustrated after getting an entire unit that had to be replaced within a few months. He wasted no time at all getting everything going so that I didn't have two kiddos in hot conditions! The entire crew was amazing and absolutely went out of their way to even be nice to my kiddos that loved watching them work. Especially Josh and little dude with glasses!
I won't go into details concerning why I am leaving this review but I will say that Paul at Furnace Man went way above and beyond for our family. He has restored my faith that there are good business owners out there that care about their customers. Everyone during my issue was nothing but polite and professional. Thank you Paul and to the entire crew at Furnace Man. I will continue to do business with you and spread the word about my awesome experience with you.
