Massage for you body, heart, & soul! If you are looking for the whole body & mind massage experience, these ladies are the best! They have amazing energy and you will feel comfortable and welcomed not only on your first session, but every session. After a few 2-handed massages, I've now upgraded to 4-handed and get them monthly! The 4-handed massage is incredible, with their combined skills & experience, they have mastered their routine! I also love the hot stones for deep relaxation and the lavender massage oil smells amazing.
Owned by two licensed therapists, Ruth and Debbie have over 30 years of combined experience. This location is about 6 months old and much needed in this community. Their space is warm and inviting. After an intake review, I was politely asked to remove my shoes near the front entrance before Ruth guided me to my massage room. We discussed undressing to level of comfort and the warmth of the bed. The lighting was low enough that I could safely undress, get on the table, and begin to relax. Throughout the massage, Ruth made references to my muscles, where they should be, what they should be doing and how we'd work to get them better. Debbie and Ruth are both fantastic!! I first met them at a chair massage in a health food store in Albany, NY. When I walked in with a friend, I had an awful migraine. Ten minutes after they worked on me, the pain was fully manageable, and I was able to drive home! Debbie is wonderful with migraine pain management and figured out early on how to help me manage the pain associated with them, and lessen it over time. She also gave me practical recommendations to lessen the migraines over time that I could do at home.Debbie is truly an intuitive healer and very much in tune with her clients. Thank you so much!
