Hannah at the Blacksburg location did an incredible job. She was extremely kind, asked me the right questions to get my cut exactly as I wanted, and she did a wonderful job on the MVP treatment, her head massage and shampoo in particular were the best I've received at any location. She's an asset to the business and should be recognized for her exceptional work and customer service, I'll be scheduling with her in the future.
Best experience at a non-appointment shop like this ever. Tabitha did a phenomenal job. The whole experience was A+. Great enough for me to leave a review before leaving the parking lot.
Let me tell y’all about Mrs. Hannah that’s located at the Blacksburg, Virginia location… She is a sweet & talented young lady that takes pride in her profession. I am from Louisiana, working in Va., I am going to be really upset when I have to go back home, & Mrs. Hannah isn’t the one who will cut my hair. I leave there every time feeling fresh with my hair & beard on point. Thank you, Hannah for your talented work every time I come there & please continue being the best..
