Definitely want to brag on amanda at great clips she did a wonderful job! I do have to say the general manager was a little much today for calling out staff with a lobby full of customers she could have been more professional and spoke to the staff privately instead of belittling them infront of customers the staff deserves to be treated with respect after a long days work i went to get my hair done and the general manager made it awkward not only for the staff but for the customers waiting as well

My son got a amazing haircut today, only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the heat.. the ac is broken in this place and it was definitely hot in there. I feel bad for the ladies working in there. My son is also diabetic so he heat makes him light headed. Hopefully they fix it asap!

I had a bad experience here the lady that (CUT) my hair did a really bad job ........went to my car and looked at it and was like hell no so I walked back in . But thanks to Missy she fixed it up and now I look fabulso, shout out to Missy!!! I highly recommend her she is great. just dont get a cut from the ones that have tattoos
