I am a first time client, and got my first massage there yesterday. One of the best I've ever had and definitely the best in the NRV! Bree was my massage therapist and she was excellent! I felt so relaxed after leaving and my heart rate went down significantly. Will definitely be back soon!
Mary Lear always does an amazing job. She does an excellent deep tissue massage for athletes and anyone with chronic muscle-based pain. I would recommend this to anyone in the area!
Drea was great! She was kind, professional and very helpful. I loved how at Relax they take the time to ask some questions about what is hurting and what you want them to focus on so that you can maximize the benefits. The space was clean and relaxing, essential oils & a fire place! Easy to get to from VT and will definitely recommend to others. Price was fair.
