As I age I've become more concerned with posture and stiffness issues and I wanted to begin addressing them with massage. Therapist Bill Giordano was just the wise and experienced practitioner I needed. In our first session he took time to assess my physical condition and discuss concepts of treatment and healing. He then proceeded to do an hour and a half of focused manipulation and massage. The experience was immersive and had an almost spiritual aspect like a good session of meditation. He expertly q kneaded, bent, pulled and stretched my aging body in ways that made me feel much more limber - which was my goal. At the end I was left glowing and deeply relaxed. I strongly recommend Bill Giordano.

A beautifully renovated space in a small former church, that hosts arrange of holistic programs. I regularly attend reiki shares... a group healing touch program to help people de-stress and promote healing. Nicest group of people (practitioners, teachers, coaches) you'd ever want to meet!
