Outstanding, prompt service. As Operations Manager of a local new and used vehicle dealership it is never an ideal time to find your holding tanks are overflowing into your parking lot with a mixture of water, oil, and sludge.. Lucky these are not sewage tanks and were from the 2000 gallon tank that collects water from car washes and details. I called this morning and spoke with Shawna who was amazing. She promptly got a truck dispatched to me in a torrential downpour. They had finished the job they were at when I called an hour away and arrived to me to fix the problem with the pump truck within 2 and a half hours!!! Fast response. Excellent customer service. They came to my rescue on a Saturday morning. They were professional and kind and quickly resolved the issue. They were true gentlemen and not at all phased by toddler wanting to be part of every conversation. Can't thank them enough!
Martins has been my go to both personally and professionally for the past 5+ years. They have saved my clients a ton of money by doing 2nd opinion (real estate) inspections after other companies came in with ridiculous quotes. Martins provides pumping, inspections and repairs. They are prompt, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them.
