My experience from my initial phone call to the technician coming out was outstanding. If I could give 10 stars I would. This company really put my needs and feeling first. I'm a nervous person and found cockroaches in my apartment I was freaking myself out. Donna was my first point on contact she quoted me and allowed me to speak with my landlord and call back. When I called back she was on another call and another lady helped me I forget her name but she was fabulous she searched and searched for a quick appointment for me and found one. Faye called me later that day and found me an even sooner appointment same day in fact. I know that's no always possible... read full review
