Great company to work with. Sent numerous samples for us to make a choice. Jerry (salesman) went above and beyond with all my questions and changes to my order. Time to receiving product was superior to most, from time of order placement. I picked up order myself of 2000+ sqft of 6 1/2 inch hardwood pre finished, stair treads, and misc lumbar for a few other projects. The loading process went smoothly. Jerry showed me the facility which is an impressive production. Floors have not been installed yet so pictures to follow.

We have been customers of Cochran’s Lumber for over 14 years. I recommend them whenever possible. Their products, people, and prices are the best. You can watch them mill the trim and flooring in their Berryville shop.
