Berryville Medical Associates, PLC Care Clinic - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Until today, Berryville Medical Associates has been fantastic. My son, who is now 24, has been a patient of Dr. Kaiser's since he was 8 years old. I called today because he was having an issue that his primary care physician could take care of. Since he had not been there in the last 32 months (because he was away at college) he would be considered a new patient and couldn't be seen until March of 2025. This is very disappointing and concerning. What has happened to the patient's health and well being be more important than anything else?

The first thing you notice is how obese staff is 400.00 dollars for a follow up visit paying cash , there is not enough I can say about this establishment except stay away, in all I was billed over 650.00 to get a refill for my wife hope the codes they used were not even what she went there for there are caps on billing and they disregarded them using codes to squeeze the money out of an individual, blood work i have never been to a dr. That did blood work and not had a copy sent to me but in there case you never see it or get a copy I'm guessing it never gets done .

We are new to Berryville. So far, this office consistently answers the phone when I call and is very accommodating. They are flexible with scheduling (I have 4 kids and wanted them all seen on the same day), they have been happy to assist and went above and beyond to try and make our appointment happen. They were professional and friendly. They also called me with any outstanding questions, and if I didn't return their call, they would call me again to follow up.
