Until today, Berryville Medical Associates has been fantastic. My son, who is now 24, has been a patient of Dr. Kaiser's since he was 8 years old. I called today because he was having an issue that his primary care physician could take care of. Since he had not been there in the last 32 months (because he was away at college) he would be considered a new patient and couldn't be seen until March of 2025. This is very disappointing and concerning. What has happened to the patient's health and well being be more important than anything else?

The first thing you notice is how obese staff is 400.00 dollars for a follow up visit paying cash , there is not enough I can say about this establishment except stay away, in all I was billed over 650.00 to get a refill for my wife hope the codes they used were not even what she went there for there are caps on billing and they disregarded them using codes to squeeze the money out of an individual, blood work i have never been to a dr. That did blood work and not had a copy sent to me but in there case you never see it or get a copy I'm guessing it never gets done . I could go on and on never answer phone or return calls as long as dr. Kieser can drive a Lamborghini who cares about the patients obviously no one at that office.im sure by reading the reviews of this establishment we are not alone.

We are new to Berryville. So far, this office consistently answers the phone when I call and is very accommodating. They are flexible with scheduling (I have 4 kids and wanted them all seen on the same day), they have been happy to assist and went above and beyond to try and make our appointment happen. They were professional and friendly. They also called me with any outstanding questions, and if I didn't return their call, they would call me again to follow up.

never got back to me, had to call back continuously to get any response. after being seen, they just didn’t call my prescription into the pharmacy and am having to sit with an infection untreated, waiting to get back in contact with them.

This office used to be so great when Dr. Aiello was there. It is HORRIBLE now. They go through NP's like crazy and Dr. Kaiser is just terrible. We went in Jan 2023 because my then 12-year-old was having terrible back pain. He sent her for x-rays and said she had scoliosis, but it wasn't progressed enough for a brace, so he sent us to PT. We went back for repeat x-rays in July 2023, and it was so far progressed that a brace did not do anything for her. We saw a specialist who said the January x-rays weren't even a full back x-ray so he had NO way of knowing the angles couldn't be braced and should have immediately sent us to an orthopedic specialist. Here we are a year after the first set of x-rays scheduling spinal fusion surgery because he didn't do his job. Not to mention that they completely missed her scoliosis during every annual physical prior to her back pain. Please do not go here!

I would not even give them 1 Star but had to just to comment. I was a patient here for over 15 years Needless to say I quite going there today. Never have I ever been treated like I was today. Worst staff ever......

I wish i could give this practice 0 or negative stars. I had blood drawn and glucose was at 150 at 4pm after not eating the whole day. They called me to tell me that my blood tests were normal and when I asked about my blood glucose level they sounded surprised and said there is nothing else they can do. I tried to make a follow-up appointment and it was a complete headache. Kept getting bounced back and forth from receptionist to nurse and each time I called I left a voicemail. Worst practice ever. Avoid this practice at all costs if you value your health at all.

Unresponsive, and when my new health insurance called to confirm I’m up to date with my blood pressure treatment they told the provider that I’m not following their treatment plan! I’m taking the medication they prescribed!! I will never go to this place again. Don’t waste your time!

They never get back to you, the billing staff at the main office on Church St. is incredibly rude. Doctors are alright, but the front staff needs to be trained or replaced, something, (or someone), is not working here.

I’ve been going here almost my whole life, and it’s clear they don’t care about their patients at all any more. You can never get anyone to talk to you, they just send you to a voicemail which says they’ll call you back. But over the last 2 months I’ve left at least 4-5 voicemails, and sent an email trying to follow up on an X-ray that was ordered by this office, and have gotten no response. I’ve had chronic back and neck pain for months and have X-rays showing I have structural issues in my back, and was only prescribed a 5mg muscle relaxer that didn’t help at all. Someone told me they are getting bought out by valley health, so I guess they think that means they don’t have to do their job any more. I was also supposed to get referrals for 2 specialists and nothing was ever sent. This place has become a joke.
