New to the area and had to take my dog to a vet. It’s like anybody I googled and read reviews and I’m gonna say the reviews I read on the other place not gonna mention their name we’re awful so this is the second place I called. They were super nice on the phone before I even got there making an appointment when I got there. They were still nice. Their office is also nice. You’re not actually sitting waiting in the waiting room with other animals, which was awesome because my dog does not get along with others. I’m beyond thankful for the incredible care my dog and I received at Bluestone Veterinary Services in Bedford. From the moment we walked through the door, I felt peace. The staff welcomed us with warmth, compassion, and a level of professional care and genuine kindness that you don’t find everywhere.
My dog is going through a difficult time health-wise, and they not only treated her with gentle hands and deep knowledge, but they also cared for me as a concerned pet parent. They never rushed us. I had to have my cat put to sleep today. This was my first visit here. The vet, vet assistant and the receptionist were all extremely caring and compassionate. This was an extremely hard thing to do and I’m thankful I had such compassionate,caring people to help me make the right decision.I am seriously thinking of transferring to this vet clinic. I would highly recommend them ❤️❤️
