I had an issue come up at the last minute with my split A/c heat unit and K&J were very prompt in setting up an appointment to get it looked at. My HVAC technician Corey was very thorough in explaining my problem and the solution. He returned early the next morning on time and had the problem fixed within a couple hours. They have earned a new customer!!
So I wanted to wait and give a real review, after the service has been used and tested and I can give an honest review. This all started when TYRONE came to my home to find out what was wrong with my Heating/AC unit. He was very professional, friendly and nice. He explained everything and was, i felt, honest about what was wrong with my unit. I felt like he was family coming to check something I didn't know how to fix. He set the tone and led me to choose this company to do my replacement of my unit. After I made the easy decision to have this company replace my entire unit they went ABOVE and BEYOND. When you combine fantastic customer service with great technical knowhow and a willingness to troubleshoot versus jump to replace, you've got a winning combination. Will be using K&J for all future HVAC needs. Highly recommend.
