Their treatments work. The challenge is their ability to effective communicate. They did not provide a schedule of treatment. While an automated system called the night before, there was no way to reach someone when the date is a problem. They also do not follow directions. I will be looking for a new service next year right after they make good on the irrating and seeding that they did while I was away and could not water it.
I’m typically skeptical when using new services and being that this was my first time caring enough about my lawn to hire a lawn care service, I was even more skeptical than usual. Weed Man has exceeded my expectations and always does their best to ensure the job is done correctly. They are transparent, well informed, and responsive.
