I have been getting sugar Brazilian for 2 years now and being a traveler who is in different states for a short period of time i do struggle to find the right person for my beauty needs. I have always had good services and relationships with all my beauty techs but Sarah is the only one that bonded with me on a personal level. Aside the great sugaring service she provided, she loves to workout, which we bonded over and she went ahead to share a link to a website where I can get information about events happening in the community since I am new here. Ok, I found my wax person in the Richmond Va area.“

“I've been going to see Kim for so many years now. Kim is such a sweetheart and a true professional. She is definitely the wax guru to go to! Plus her prices can't be beat! At least 20% cheaper than European and other wax places. If you need a wax, go to Kim! She's your girl and will take care of you!“
“I've been seeing Ha to cut my hair for past couple years, and she is absolutely fantastic! I have very thick hair that has become more curly as I've gotten older, and can be difficult to cut evenly, but Ha gets is right every time! She also does a great job with color and I've done balayage color with her several times and it grows out evenly and lasts a long time between sessions. She always takes her time, and I never feel rushed, which is much appreciated. Also a major plus is that she charges very fair prices for cuts & color. Her salon is small, but more than adequate, and also services nails & waxing! Highly recommend for the Glen Allen/Ashland/North Richmond community!“

“First of all Thank you to my boyfriend sister for gifting us with Spa for Christmas... Lol I never been to a spa nor had any physical therapy so just imagine how tense I was lol.Upon entry Caitlyn greeted us and was very attentive and friendly when it came to our appointment. She was very patient when it came to me filling out my disclaimer as I didn't receive one upon the arrival.They have a kiosk to use for filling out your information and they ask personal health questions for anyone who may have certain symptoms and need different attention to certain areas. I like how quick and easy it was when it came to filling out the information.The Lobby was empty and we were immediately seated in the waiting room where they had fresh orange water that was very fulfilling and tasty.We were then greeted by two massage therapist one male one female. I received the male(Dontè) who was again very friendly and open.What I liked about Dontè was not only that he was good at what he do but he talked the whole massage as some people like quiet, sleep, read and or listen to music. I like to talk so we had a very good session! The time didn't pass fast while i was having a good time at all lol. He slowed it down for me and got deep into my tissue as that was my request. Upon his entrance before the massage he asked me about myself and what type of massage i requested for the evening!! The atmosphere was such a vibe and it was a different experience as it was me and boyfriend first massage. They definitely set the bar high. I would like to try a facial next time.This was A GREAT EXPERIENCE for my first time I definitely would recommend here located in the staples plaza across the street from Marshall's and Target.Location 5/5Parking 5/5Customer service 5/5Experience 5/5“
