Have had nothing but a fantastic experience here! The Sauana and massages have improved by mobility, flexibility, and pain relief. The staff is warm and welcoming. And the building continues to improve with its offerings. Highly recommend for all.

I made an appointment at 11 weeks pregnant, not realizing that it wasn't something I would be able to do. I show up to the spa and once I get inside she asks how far along I am and says I will not be able to get a massage. I ask her why no one called me because I had to drive 30 minutes to get there and she said she called but didn't leave a voicemail "because that doesn't work out for them". I left mad and asked for the owner to call and the owner proceeds to tell me how I should have googled at what week is was appropriate and she was sorry that I didn't like how her customer service manager responded. She was rude and condescending and refused to address the customer service issue I called about. She made the entire situation my problem because I shouldn't have made the appointment but didn't want to acknowledge the customer service and communication break down. The website should be updated to reflect what services and to whom they are offered, the staff should learn how to handle customers and the owner needs to take responsibility and accountability for customer service concerns. I've never had such a terrible customer service interaction let alone from an owner that refused to even listen and address my issue.*Update based on owners response. The owner has refused to acknowledge the issue was not with not being able to geta massage but with the lack of customer service. As I mentioned above they did call but when asked why they didn’t leave a voicemail the response was “that doesn’t really work out for us”. As I tried to explain on the phone the issue is customer service and the owner refusing to accept that this could have been handled differently, and instead told me she hoped I knew I couldn’t have Tuna while pregnant also and should Google what else j can’t do.

This is such a fantastic spa with a ton of extra amenities. The monthly membership is a great deal. The owner is communicative and always looking for new things to bring to her customers. Every massage therapist and esthetician I have had was superb.Besides massages and facials, they offer a salt cave, sauna, IV therapy, manicures and pedicures, and soon a member lounge. I'm very lucky it is so close to me!

This place is amazing. I had such a pleasant experience here. The staff were very friendly. The massage was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep ☺️ The facial was great as my esthetician was gentle and knowledgeable. Ladies thanks so much for giving me a special day ❣️
