My husband and I have had the BEST experience at Pla-Mor in Ashland and Mechanicsville! Christina was so kind and helpful with our questions and purchase of our hot tub! The staff is very helpful every time we go in to have our water tested and purchase supplies. 😊

If I could leave 10 stars I would! EVERY single interaction with this company has left me feeling very satisfied. From the people answering the phone to the people testing the pool water, checking me out at the register, helping me pick out my chemicals, to the service team who comes out to do pool maintenance!!🤯 I have never been less than pleased with them. Good service and customer service is hard to find these days, sometimes especially with a larger company. Not these guys!! A++ all the way around! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
