I have routine inspections and pay quarterly. The Perma Treat representatives are always polite and diligent in taking care of known problems and alert me if there may be a potential problem which could form in the future.

Jordan checked all the termite traps around my house. He checked the crawl space to make sure everything was clear under there also. Made sure the dehumidifier was functioning properly. Jordan was professional and personable. This inspection was my first yearly inspection which was included in my price of my crawl space installation.
