I am very pleased with the outcome of our treatment. We had a good size hornets nest that we had to have resolved and orkin provided that resolution with a fantastic service man! James Slough was who provided our service and was what I would say was top tier. He was extremely diligent, personable, and offered a great service. I was not home when the service was provided to be removed but our younger boys were and they said he was a super cool guy. And when we spoke on the phone he had excellent communication skills. Definitely someone you would want around your home!
My Orkin technician guy, Read, came out for my start-up service and I had a good experience. He genuinely listened to all of my concerns and gave professinal advice. When i told him my biggest concern, he was able to remove the wolf spider thats been squatting behind my fridge for months, right away!! RIP Mr. Webb, lol (pictured below). I feel more secure in my home now, and felt it was worth the money. As a young person who never considered it before, I am now NEVER going back to not having pest control, especially in Virginia. Thanks! ??
Money well spent. Had European hornets try to invade my attic this summer. Only reason I know was the dozens of dead hornets around the base of the house from the spray Orkin hits my eaves with.
