I am very pleased with Howell's. The tech quickly diagnosed the heat pump problem, clearly explained what was needed and the cost, then quickly remedied the problem. I highly recommend Howell's.
Howell’s has provided PM services on my home HVAC system for years, and I highly recommend them. Their techs are always on time, polite, friendly, competent and professional.

I reached out to Howell’s to fix my heat pump after a frustrating experience with a home warranty technician, who was unable to diagnose the issue and actually left the unit with wires disconnected. The difference with Howell's was night and day. The technician was courteous, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable. He was accompanied by a trainee, and I was impressed by how he took the time to explain the diagnostic process to both the trainee and myself. He quickly identified the root cause as a bad contactor and repaired it. It was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Howell’s for their transparency and expertise.
