Lisa does a wonderful job on hair. She is talented. However, I am left with no other option but to leave a negative review after she cancelled my August appointment due to her mixing up my date, then texting the morning of the reschedule stating she had to go to the doctor with no contact or refund since.As mentioned in the other person’s review I also secured the appointment by prepaying, according to her policy. I have texted on 3 different dates and called without a reply.Hoping we can reconnect and make this right

Scheduled a hair appointment. Paid her the deposit fee. Lisa then canceled on and now has ghosted me. She won't respond via social, email, or phone, and now I'm out money.
