Chris Lewis did an excellent job fixing our AC. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose all the issues instead of rushing to a quick fix, and he clearly explained what was going on every step of the way. Chris was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s clear he really cares about doing the job right. I was truly blown away at how detail oriented this company is. It was very easy to get on their calendar through Costco. All I did was submit an inquiry and within an hour I was already booked for my initial appointment. In less than one week I had the services completed! One of my favorite things about this company is that before they send over a technician, they send you their picture and contact information which allows you to differentiate between a complete stranger and a company representative. After two weeks of a heat wave and no AC, I’m happy to report that they fixed everything and I now have air conditioning.
The service from Jeremy with Herman Allen was exceptional. I needed an emergency service on a Sunday evening. After calling the dispatch number and providing my contact info, I was contacted by Jeremy almost immediately. After discussing my issue over the phone, he showed up within a hour and quickly diagnosed the issue. In an about an hour the problem was corrected. Herman Allen has earned a new lifelong customer. I will add that I tried several other companies first and none of them could make it out same day. So Herman Allen’s emergency service is the real deal.
