I showed up a day early and they had cancellations and were willing to work me in with minimal wait time. being new to the area , I really appreciated that. My hygentist and Dr. Patel were fantastic!

Affordable and ease of appointments

Being that I was new to the office and the fact that the staff are a LOT more caring about the patients than my last dentist. I felt satisfied and relaxed with how they performed and made me feel comfortable despite that I hadn't seen a dentist since middle school and that i live a couple hours away from Ashland. I'd highly recommend Happy Smiles Ashland to my friends since I learned about them through family. Going back this march.

They were wonderful! They took their time and explained everything as they went. Very gentle as well. My new dentist for sure!

Very friendly and professional

I have been here many times and it’s always been good , this time though I saw Keny Amin and she is by far the worst dentist I have ever seen . She did not listen to anything I said . She had zero ability to give Novocaine shots. I have had many and these hurt worse than any . She said raise your hand if you feel any pain and I did and she said no you don’t and kept going , I literally took all I had to not freak out . I will never ever see that dentist again. It’s sad as they have been so good in the past but quite frankly I believe this Dentist was absolutely horrible by a long shot!! You will see other top notch reviews I have given in the past for them , I just can’t do it this time . It’s sad , if I could give zero stars I would
