I really appreciate the fact that I have the same service technician on most maintenance checks. Austin Weaver, my technician today keeps me informed of what he’s doing and is polite when answering my questions.

Jonathan from Green Air was dispatched to my home to take care of a problem I’ve been experiencing with my geothermal system for quite some time. This was my first time using Green Air and they did not install the system, which is only two years old. Jonathan readily identified the problem and solved it. He also identified several other issues that were not addressed by the original installer. I was given a very reasonable estimate and look forward to having these issues resolved. Jonathan was obviously very knowledgeable, efficient, and a great communicator! I have never used Green Air before…but I wish I had known them before installing the system two years ago.... read full review

As always Austin Weaver was very helpful and efficient, as well as pleasant and engaging. At our age, being without air conditioning in 100 degree weather is very concerning. Austin arrived earlier than expected and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you Green Air and Austin.
