I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for the excellent service you’ve consistently provided. Today, Calvin Phelps from Gilman Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing came by after my hot water heater failed... only 10 years after installation, which Gilman originally handled. I shared my frustration with Calvin regarding the plastic shutoff valve that was installed previously by Gilman. Unfortunately, when I needed it most, in an emergency, it couldn’t be used. This was the only emergency I’ve had, and it left me questioning the purpose of having that valve if it wasn’t reliable when needed. UGH... They are easy to deal with, very professional and cordial. Efficient, detail-oriented, quality work. They installed a Carrier gas furnace and air condenser a couple of years ago and did an incredible job. Christopher did an excellent job with installing my new whole house water filtration housing.
