Love this place so much. Great exercises with amazing coaches and the gym is always super clean. I started my workout routine with F45 Ashland 5am batch one year ago and have never looked back. Can’t think about a week without working here. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is trying to stay fit.

I love the mix of strength training and high intense cardio. The trainers keep it fun, and remove the monotony out of climbing on a treadmill everyday.The training is well thought out, and often changes up. Easy group of people to work with at the Ashland location. Definitely worth a stop in to check them out. Its a fun place, great workout, good group of people.

Hats off to the coaches at F45 Ashland! The most fun effective workout I’ve ever experienced! Great community and great knowledgeable coaches. Nicole, Brandon, Michelle, and Lisa, you guys are awesome!
